NSBW Architects is a design practice founded on the belief that architecture is most powerful when it is specific — to its place, its people, and its purpose.
Based in India with extensive experience working across the USA, we have delivered over 200 projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial typologies. Our work ranges from private homes in Rajasthan to permit-ready ADUs in California, from boutique hotels to documentation for developers abroad.
The practice is led by an IIT-graduate architect shaped by early years working internationally. That dual exposure — rigorous technical training and the breadth of global practice — defines how we approach every commission: with precision, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the life a building makes possible.
